Have you been duped by one of Bet365’s “Free Bets?”
Online betting agency Bet365* has ensnared many people into betting online through offering “Free Bets” without disclosing the onerous conditions.
We estimate that tens of thousands of Australians have been likely misled, and if you’re one of them then you could be eligible for compensation.
The Federal Court has already ruled that their relevant conduct was misleading or deceptive or likely to mislead or deceive and also involved the making of false representations. Bet365* was fined $2.75 million for its conduct.
Now, our class action would be to recover the damages and losses for affected consumers in relation to the promotion and advertising by bet365 during the period 18 March 2013 to 13 January 2014 of the “$200 FREE BETS FOR NEW CUSTOMERS” offer.
Bannister Law is committed to achieving the best possible outcome and the maximum possible compensation for all affected consumers. We will also be claiming legal costs from Bet365.
